The Mercury Retrograde is over and hopefully you made it through it easily and have cleared away old business so you are ready for the new to come in.

I am now labeling my bottled water. I have put sticky notes all over the bottle with words like: Love, Peace, Happiness, Joy, Good health, you get it. I am running a test and it is working! I feel great every time I enjoy a glass of water. Let me know if you try this and like the results.

The Game of Pretend

Imagine that you could have everything your heart desires and more. You can really have it all but you will have to learn the secrets of how to do this through remembering how to play the game of pretend.

As adults we forget how to play the game of pretend at a very young age because we are taught that it is not what reality is. We are told that in order to succeed we have to live in reality. Well when I was a child I wondered who's reality I had to live in.
Today I teach people how to get in touch with their inner child and to remember how to play the pretend game. I have found that if I can pretend that something has already happened it comes to me faster and easier. The challenge is that too many people have forgotten how to pretend that they already have something they desire. They cannot see beyond their wants and this is exactly what is blocking them.
I have told many people to pretend that what they desire has already happened and that they are writing a letter of gratitude for whatever it is they desire. I get a response like: this is to hard for me to do, I cannot see or feel what it would be like to have this or that in my life.
That my friend is where your imagination comes into play and you can use visualization to assist you in this game.
I ask my clients to visualize and sometimes I get a response like " I do not know how to visualize". Well this is when I ask them to think of a big yellow lemon. Imagine taking a bite out of it. Is your mouth watering just thinking of how it will taste? Mine was just writing this. If your mouth is watering you have just visualized. Now wasn't that easy.

Ok! so lets get down to business. What is it that you are creating in your life? Is it a new job, a new car, a new home or even a new and wonderful relationship?

Take time to focus on what it is that you would like to have. Make a list of the things that you would like to have happen in your life, think about your hearts desires.
What would it feel like to have this in your life? Would you feel wonderful or just so, so?
Would it make you happy for a moment or would you feel really happy for a long time by getting what you desire?
What would it look like? Describe how it looks and what color it is or if you are creating a relationship what does the person look like? Is this person smart and fun to be with? What color is his or her hair? Maybe it is a new car you desire. What color is it? Does it have leather seats, or cloth? Is it fast like a sports car?
Is it a new Job that is your hearts desire? What are you doing at this new job? What does the building look like where you will work? Are the people you will be working with energetic and happy to be around or are they more relaxed and easy to get along with?

Describing what you desire in your heart to have in your life is really wonderful. Do not worry about how it will happen because you will get caught up in the "how of things". Just see yourself as already being there or having exactly what you desire.

Now write a letter of gratitude as if you have received what your heart has been desiring and you are fulfilled and happy about the fulfillment of this wish. You can address this letter to the Universe or God or both. In your letter only be thankful for all the good that has come from having whatever it is you are creating. Again describe your feelings of happiness and joy at attaining what you have wished for.

Next you have to let it go and feel confident that the Universe and God are taking care of the details of how your wish manifests. You can still think about how it feels to have this in your life but do not dwell upon it or loose faith if it does not happen in your time frame for it will be delivered at the perfect time for you, if it is the right thing for you. If it is not right for you then believe and have faith that something better is coming in.
