Dear Friends,
I am so happy to announce that this is my 200th Staying Positive Newsletter! I have put out many more newsletters in past years starting with Enchanted Wizard and now here we are today with Staying Positive with Tickles and Sparkles. Many of you have let me know how much you have enjoyed the newsletters throughout the years and that is why I keep writing them. If it were not for you I would not be the person I am today, for you have given me wonderful feedback from my newsletters and Birth Sign Readings.
There have been times I was about to give up writing these newsletters. Then just when I would get to my wits end wondering what to do, a little voice inside me just kept saying to me to stay focused. I listened to that little voice and it told me that writing this newsletter is part of my purpose in life.
I believe this little voice and know that it would not steer me wrong, so I listen. I am told that part of my purpose is to put out positive energy into this world by letting others know they too have a purpose in this life.
All of our combined positive energy is so powerful it could move mountains. We are amazing beings. We have so many wonderful attributes, each of us and as a group, we sometimes need reminding of how powerful being positive can be. Just as being negative can change the outcome of situations in our lives, the positive energy will also change the outcomes of any situation that may arise. I do not claim to know everything but I do know that through love all is possible. This means, love of the self and of others and of nature including animals.
Our human nature to nurture has changed and we somehow have forgotten that kindness is like gold that love is healing and that each of us is special.
That we are here for a purpose no matter how large or small and that each of our lives have meaning. I send you much love and light this year, may your life have meaning and may you listen to that little voice of reassurance knowing that you are on the right path at the perfect time for you.

Some may say that being positive all the time is for the birds. But I do believe that if being happy means being positive I am all in chirp, chirp, chirp!

You Are Brilliant!
Our minds are brilliant we are amazing each of us in our own special way.
We all have wisdom within our brilliant minds that we have yet to access. Some Say wisdom comes with age, although I have met many young people who were very wise in many ways. I believe that wisdom can be accesses at any age and at any time if you put your mind to it. Some of you may have wisdom that you have brought with you from other lifetimes and there are some who have gained their wisdom though going through different situations in their lives. The "Key" here is to ask for Divine guidance through out your day. By asking "God" or the Universe for This Divine guidance, you will receive it. Sometime this Divine guidance to your inner wisdom comes in the form of a message from someone or from a small voice in your mind. It may come as a sign or symbol a song or melody that plays over and over in your mind. Wisdom comes in many ways and in many forms. It is up to us to pay attention to our inner thoughts for our minds are as I said brilliant and all knowing. All we have to do is look for the wisdom that is coming forth each day and you will find it.

Answers
Over the years that I have been doing readings sometimes, I have been asked this question: Why did things turn out differently than in my reading?
The answer is simple: There are times when the person being read for is over thinking the situation and creating more and more outcomes to the question they asked for an answer too. I can only give an answer to the question being posed if the situation is unchanging. As I do the reading I see, hear and feel the energy and the outcome of the situation. With this information I can give a pretty accurate answer to the question that is asked. Sometimes people will ask well what if this happens or what if that happens. Soon they have put forth a scenario that is the answer they are looking for. Rather than asking that only the greatest good come from the answer they receive. Sometimes we as humans over analyze things or situations. The Universe or God is wondering what the heck! And does not provide the answer that the person wants or maybe the Universe says what the heck I will not give an answer because this person has it figured out already.
Sometimes you just have to trust that the answer you receive will be for your greatest good.

Many of my clients tell me that when a situation manifests that I had told them of in their reading. It would happen almost instantly kind of like it "Rings a Bell" in their minds letting them know this is it. I am so amazed each time I receive a call or email telling me of a confirmation from a reading I had done.
I am guided to give out the information that the Spirit Guides and Angels are giving me during a reading. I thank them each time for the messages received as I do these readings. It is important to remember that your reading is done to help you to see a situation or something that is coming up for you and is important to your life path in some way. They answer the questions that you need answers to at the time. They give you information that is helpful and can help you to stay on your path or make needed changes that will benefit you in some other way.

ATTENTION: Mercury Retrograde February 2, thru 28th 2014

Love
Love can move mountains, but only if you believe it can! Love has many wonderful attributes and many ways of bringing happiness to the giver and receiver. Each morning when I awaken I focus on love I say a little prayer to help me to be more loving to those I meet along my path. It does work most of the time but lets be honest, sometimes I have to just force myself to focus on love instead of letting my ego get out of hand. I think we all have this issue when it comes to staying in the most positive loving state of mind. At these times it is so very important to remind ourselves that only through love can we make a change. For those of you who remember the Golden Rule "Do unto others as you would want them to do unto you." How simple is that! Sometimes I wonder what happened to that old simple rule for being extra kind to others. Maybe it faded away like a worn out fad or maybe people just forgot about common courtesy. Each time I go out I see the frowns and blank looks on people's faces like they have lost their smiles. This saddens me especially when we all have so much love to give out to others that would really make a difference in this world.
Love is for everyone not just for a few lucky people. One way to bring more love into your life is to become more loving to others. Be genuine in giving your love to another. You attract that which you give out no matter how you may rationalize it. You always will get just what you put out and more. Some people feel unloved or that they are not lovable but in reality you are loved and you are lovable even if you choose not to believe. Some people are afraid of love or the commitment of love. This may be because they had a relationship that didn't work out the way they thought. Or one that was a train wreck! In a sense! Maybe they were hurt or feel unlucky in love.
Many people I have spoken to through out the years have said after a bad break up "I do not want another relationship I always get hurt."
I guess I never understood carrying around baggage from other relationships and letting it sabotage your next relationship. You deserve love and to be loved no matter whom you are or what you do. Love is something that to each of us is different but the same for it is something that is within each of us just waiting to get out.
Whether you have someone to share this Valentines Day with or are not in a relationship at this time you can still give out love to others and welcome the love that comes your way. Yes it will come your way if you choose to believe in this magical power, that can transform lives and move the mountains in your life at just the right times. Mercury Retrograde
Last newsletter I had written Mercury would be retrograde on the 2nd of February I was mistaken it is the 6th of February to the 28th of February. It really does not matter because Mercury usually starts its cycle two to three weeks earlier. This is because of earth wobbles we have had in the past. I am not an Astrologist; although I do have many years of wisdom concerning Mercury retrograde. I have been studying the affects of Mercury retrograde for over seventeen years. The stories I have heard from other people and of course my own are a testament of what can happen when the planet Mercury goes retrograde.
It does not have to be a bad thing if you have backed up your computer and made sure your car is in good running order it will be easier to avoid having to deal with making a big purchase in a retrograde. And that my friend you do not want to do, it may turn out to be a lemon if buying a car computer or any electrical item. Again do not sign any important papers or change jobs in a retrograde you may regret it! You can take care of all those chores you chose not to do in the past few months. This is a perfect time to clean up and clear out the old. It is a time to reflect and redo so think about those projects you might want to do but do not start them now wait until next month. Dear Friends,
I am so happy that I have the opportunity today to write this newsletter. Each morning when I wake I find within me such a feeling of gratitude for I am alive and well. As I have gotten older I find a new appreciation for the little things in life such as getting out of bed in the morning. I begin my day with thankfulness for I have another day upon this beautiful Earth to live this wonderful life I have been blessed with. It is my hope that you too appreciate the life you have been blessed with here on Earth. Yes there are times when things are not as great as we think they should be yet with the bad times also come wisdom and knowledge. This week think of all the things you are grateful for rather than those things you are not.

Mercury Retrograde and the Emotional Ego
Okay so we are almost done with this Mercury Retrograde and will not see the next one until June 7th 2014. Until the 28th of this month though we need to stay focused on the positive rather than letting our emotions get the best of us. This retrograde has seemed to have some heavy emotional energy attached to it. I have noticed the difference in many people I have talked too in the past couple of weeks. There have been many difficult emotions affecting relationships this retrograde. Yet as you may know Mercury retrograde is no time to end or begin a new relationship for it may not work out the way you expect it to. I have noticed that many relationships on the brink of disaster seem to be about to blow wide open if we are not careful of our emotions. So if you have been wondering if your relationship is strong enough to make it through this retrograde maybe you should take a time out to reexamine why you are in the relationship. Now this may not concern a love relationship but a work relationship or business relationship that has been unsuccessful or one that is very difficult. Emotions play a big part in how we act, feel and think about our lives. If we are naturally positive we may not feel the retrograde as much as others, we may have learned to keep our emotions in check and are keeping a low profile until the 28th of February. This is how I usually get through the retrograde of Mercury without much in the way of negative happenings. Sometimes I do experience the negative but I am also quick to realize that I have the power to change my emotions immediately. For example: If I am around a person who has some heavy negative energy going on. I immediately start sending them pure love (Tickles and Sparkles) soon I see a change in them that seems lighter. I also visualize a big mirror ball of light surrounding me keeping me safe and protected from all energy that is not my own. The mirror ball of light deflects the negative energy away from you and helps you stay more positive. Also take time to BREATHE take some deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth. This will help keep you balanced and in a positive emotional state.
Let's face it we are a very emotional species. We do things that give us emotional satisfaction quickly rather than taking a look at how our emotions affect other people. We are quick to blame and slow to be responsible for our own emotional conduct. Maybe we judge others quickly or without ever getting to know that person. I know that when you are in a relationship with another person there are times when we even think we know what that person is thinking. Well the truth is we do not! Okay maybe at times you have been right in your guess to know what someone else thinks, but in all honesty you do not ever know for sure what someone else is thinking. I am telling you this because it is up to you to get through this retrograde with flying colors and do it gracefully and in a harmonious way.
Remember to think about what you say to others and pay attention to how you respond during the retrograde. Be aware of the energy around you, make sure you are staying balanced and most of all do be kind to your self by letting the negative energy flow by you rather than standing in its way.
Soon you will feel the energy lighten more and more. The 28th is little more that a week away so stay positive and know that you will come out on top and again life will return to what ever normal is.
Note: to those couple's who are on the outs at this time, relax and wait a couple of weeks before making any life changing decisions.

I am so very thankful that the Mercury retrograde is now a thing of the past, at least until June. I hope you all made it through it with flying colors so to speak. Last Sunday Mars and Saturn went Retrograde. This may have led to some complicated situations or challenges concerning emotions. Being Responsible for Our Actions

Not long ago I had a talk with my youngest grandson who is 5 years old. He had been throwing a fit and arguing with his brother over something. At that time I explained that his brother could not make him feel one way or another, that whatever he was feeling was what he was allowing himself to feel. I also told him that he had a choice and could decide to feel bad and angry or he could let go of that and choose another thought that would make him feel better. Soon he was back to being his little happy self.
The reason I am writing about this today is because I have found that generally speaking we do not take responsibility for our feelings and our actions. We somehow think that another person can make us have a feeling that we would not have otherwise. As human beings we tend to put blame on everyone else and every thing else instead of taking responsibility for ourselves, our thoughts and our feelings. When I was young there was a saying "The Devil Made Me Do It". I have not heard that saying in years but somehow I think we learned to quit blaming the Devil for things and started blaming everyone else for our short comings and misgivings. Maybe I am just getting older and wiser for I have found that if we become responsible for what we allow ourselves to think, feel do and say, we can have more peace in our lives and in our hearts. I have allowed myself to feel hurt from others and know that as long as I realize that I am allowing this I can change things so that I do not have to feel this. I am not saying we have to become cold and thoughtless towards others, not at all. I would like you to feel those feelings whatever they are and then ask yourself is this truly my higher self or am I allowing these feelings to come in. Remembering that your higher self only wants what is best for you, that which brings you happiness.
Emotions are one of our biggest assets. Emotions are a part of each of us. Emotions can be happy or sad. They can bring us up or let us down in seconds. Being in control of your emotions is the key to bringing balance and harmony into each of our lives.
You can love a person and think that they do not love you back when they really do just in a different way than you expect from them. Our emotions (ego) do not want you to believe what we expect of a person and what they give are two different things. Because we have already decided that we know what love is and how it should be given. Yes in general we all expect people to show love in certain ways. That is just how it is. This thing called love has been passed down for years and years and is wonderful if we let it be. By this I mean we all have choices. We all can "let love just be" and enjoy the time we have together. A thought to remember "Do not expect someone to pour love all over you when you are not willing to do this first in all your relationships and with all people not expecting anything in return".
I believe that with love all is possible that we are all capable of giving and receiving love and that we have a choice to allow ourselves to become responsible for our emotions. If you are hurting inside it is time then to start by loving yourself and the best way to do that is to be honest to yourself and honest with your feelings. Allow only love to be in charge of your emotional button. Be the person you are here to be, love without expectations. Soon you will feel love pouring in from those who love you without even having to ask for it.

Well folks Spring is almost here although some of you may still be feeling the end of winter we who live in California are enjoying the Sunshine, for the time being anyway. I still find myself hoping for more rain as we could use more since our winter was quite short lived this year.

The Spring Equinox is tomorrow March 20th
Spring is the time to plant new seeds and watch them grow as the sun shines brighter each day. You can plant a garden of seeds or a garden of your own creation and watch it grow. Tomorrow is the perfect day to make a list of what you intend on creating this year. You can set forth your plan to make changes that you would like to make easily by visualizing your life six months down the road.
I know that sometimes it is not as easy as just visualizing your creations. You may have to act upon your thoughts about the creation you have in mind. What does this mean? Well if you would really like to change your career or job you may have to get your resume in order and get it out to the companies you would like to work for. Dear Friends,
I hope the beginning of this month finds you and yours happy and remembering to stay positive. As you know it is sometimes a challenge to stay positive every moment of every day. I would venture to say that not many, if any people can do this. Although it may be a challenge to remind yourself daily to stay in this state of mind, it may be that the challenge is what you need to be motivated enough to stay in a more positive state of mind. Letting all the ego energy to roll off your back like the water when you are taking a shower only visualizing this in your mind, instead of running for the shower each time you have a negative thought or feeling. That would be almost impossible and you may look like a prune after awhile.
You can Close your eyes and visualize yourself under a beautiful waterfall letting the water tumble down your back. This can instantly clear the energy along with a few deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth. You can do this quickly and the more often that you use this visualization the easier it will become. You may begin to use the visualization without closing your eyes. By just thinking the thought you will see it in your minds eye.
I guess this is what I was supposed to write about today. Maybe we all just need a reminder of all the POSITIVE in our lives.

Dear Friends,
Today brings a message to each of us to remind us of the gift we each contain within our beings. This is the Gift of Love! What a blessing this is for it is what makes each of us different and alike at the same time.
You and I have been given this gift to use while here upon this beautiful Earth. We have the opportunity to use this Love at will when ever we desire to do so. We also have the choice to give Love out to anyone we desire to give it too.
Love is an amazing energy that can not be seen but can be felt so deeply and so powerfully that it can bring amazing changes into our lives when we use it for good.
Did you know that when you give Love to others you automatically are replenished with more Love to give out when ever you desire.
You will never run out of Love if you are constantly giving it to someone.
I find it quite amazing how we as humans forget we are not to hold this Love hostage within ourselves, but to free ourselves by giving out as much Love as possible every day. We all instinctively know Love we are born of love and become hardened as we grow through life. Forgetting the powers we hold within ourselves. If you are really ready to break free from the negative you will have to focus on Love more and more. You will have to let go of judgment and the pains of the past in order to open yourself to the benefits of the Gift of live that you already contain within you. Go ahead start today by being kinder to those around you. Think of what you want to say to others before you say it make sure you are using your words in a Loving manner rather than a hateful one. Reactionary Opinions
It seems that we all have been subjected too or have had our own reactionary opinions of our selves and others. How many times do we think about what we are saying before reacting to someone or something a good example of this would go something this you are driving into a parking lot and set your sights on that space close to the entrance when another car comes barreling through and takes the space. How does this make you feel? Are you mad at the other driver and make a scene or do you find another space and bless that person or send them pure love. What is your first reaction? Do you give the other person the finger and cuss them or do you just figure that they were in a bigger hurry than you. We as a society have become bullies in away by continuing to have these reactionary opinions. We seem to be filled with anger at the smallest things rather than letting it go.
If you have had reactionary opinions of others maybe it is time to monitor your own thoughts and feeling a little more. I have found by being conscious of my reactions it is easier to learn to take control of how I react in all situations. We never know what another person is feeling or going through. We only know our own thoughts and feelings about what is happening at the time. Take time to look at the bigger picture before judging others. Make an effort to break the patterns of judgment/or the opinions you have that may be negative or hurtful to another person.
In looking at others with love in your heart and mind you will find that you are able to let go of the judgment and reactionary opinions you have had in the past. You can spread love to others easily by just thinking the thought "I LOVE YOU" in your mind. Or you can say to your self through out the day "I AM THE FULL EXPRESSION OF LOVE" If you choose to do this you will find that your life gets better, better and better things go smoother and life just feels better because love is within you and about. The more you choose to be in the space of love the more you will feel love and you will have loving reactionary opinions instead of the negative thoughts of the ego.

I hope this newsletter brings you a little insight into Staying Positive throughout your day. In fact, I have a little story to tell you that may just be the thing that gets your day started in a Positive way.
First I would like to ask if you have ever felt love in a way that brings tears of joy to your eyes even before you know that love is filling the space around you.
Being psychic, I have had many experiences that have told me Spirit or Love was around me and trying to give me information I need to know. But there have been times when this energy of love was so strong it brought tears to my eyes. It was like the Spirit of Love had taken over and I felt like I had been given a hug. At these times this energy can bring profound new feelings to a person especially if they have never felt it before. I have to say each time I have felt this energy I believe it was the energy of a love so powerful it overwhelmed me with tears.

My latest experience began on a Thursday night about a week ago at 6 pm. My youngest grandson who is 5 was in the Spring Sing Kindergarten Graduation at his school. We had been quite excited about this since he had not let anyone see him practice for this event. Even his brother did not get a peak at his practicing for his part. As the children filed onto the stage with perfection, the room filled with Parents, Grandparents, family and friends of the children on the stage. As the children began to sing, a beautiful feeling or energy flowed through me like a breeze of cool air bringing in a tingling electricity that flowed from my head to my toes. Feelings of love welled up inside me and came streaming out of my eyes. At first I thought this is just part of being a Grandmother and loving your grandchildren so very much. The first two songs were two of my very favorites from my childhood, You Are My Sunshine and This Little Light of Mine. The room filled with such beautiful emotion I know I was witnessing love in its purest form. As the tears flowed I was so amazed at the wonderful talents of these children and of their joy in knowing that their parents were there for them this night. I could feel the energy of love flowing from the parents and grandparents in the audience. Their smiles and tears told the story of love as they sat there quietly listening to the beautiful songs being performed that night. Each child had a part to perform and my little grandson did quite wonderfully! I knew by the end of the children's performance that all of the people in this room had been touched with love and that they had in one way or another felt this love flowing through each and every one of them. This feeling stuck with me. It amazed me that love could be so powerful that it could bring a sense of joy far beyond this dimension. I hope to keep feeling this energy always and forever because I know that love is the most powerful tool we as humans have to change this world for the better. I also believe that each of us has a part in making this a world filled with love for each and every one of us.

I hope this little story has helped to inspire you to think about love in a way that can be beneficial to everyone. By opening your hearts and minds to love you will find that it gets easier and easier to feel the love flowing from you to another. It gets better because this love grows and comes back to you in the most wonderful unexpected ways. I am so very grateful for the love I have to give each of you and to all of the people of this earth. Just by giving a hug of love out to everyone through my thoughts I feel a sense of joy from within me.

Mercury will be going retrograde on June 7th 2014 to July 1st

Please forgive me for being a little late this month it seems like so much has been happening in the last two weeks. Our oldest Grandson graduated high school I have to say I am so very proud of him. Also we have a new granddaughter our 15th Grandchild who was born on the 4th of June. Wow! I never would have imagined having so many beautiful grandchildren I am a very lucky lady.

*Mercury will go Retrograde on the 7th of June 2014*

Here we go once again it is time for Mercury to retrograde or move backwards sort of. When Mercury goes retrograde it seems like things just do not seem to go as planned. This does not mean that everything will go wrong and we should just twiddle our thumbs until it goes direct on July 1st nope not at all. There are many things you can do while Mercury is retrograde like finishing up all those things you have been putting off until tomorrow. You may decide to read that book you bought but haven't had time to read, take the time now. While things do break down and mix-ups happen in a Mercury Retrograde you can help things go smoother by backing up your computer, checking your tire pressure and oil in your car. In general it is a time when we adjust our schedule if we are late to a meeting or miss an important call.

There are things that we will not be able to avoid during this time. Like electrical breakdowns including dishwashers, cars, computers, vacuums, phones etc… When these things happen just take a few deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth. Relax! You can't do anything about it! Why because this is all part of the Mercury retrograde. It is not a good idea to break up at this time if you are in a relationship. This is because it may cause bigger issues down the road. If a new relationship is born at this time you may choose to wait before you get serious until after Mercury goes direct on July 1st. Relationships that start in the retrograde may not turn out like you would like them too. This also includes taking a new job or starting a new business, even signing papers is a no, no at this time.

So relax and be patient everything will be just fine. If you set your mind to knowing that there will be some re-doing, re-thinking and re-working things will go better, better and better.

Sometimes we tend to think that this will not happen to us, that the affects of Mercury retrograde are only for some. Do not be fooled! This does affect all of us at one point or another it may not be as difficult or challenging for you and that is what I am hoping for.

Stay Positive, focus on Love, be Patient and look for the Good in everything this month. If you chose to do this I believe that everything should go quite smoothly for you.

I hope that you are doing well during the first part of this Mercury Retrograde. I have heard from many people about how this retrograde seems to be affecting them more than usual. Everything from appliances to electronics and automobiles seem to be the challenge this month.
Well I do have some good news this is not your normal Mercury retrograde because there are actually four planets retrograde at this time. Mercury along with Saturn, Pluto and Neptune are all doing the retrograde thing right now. Lucky us! Saturn being in charge of boundaries patience and endurance it is also in charge of organization, structure and guidelines. This tells us that these things are going backwards at this time because of its retrograde. Pluto rules life, death and rebirth. It is also in charge of regeneration and rejuvenation. Neptune being in charge of romance, nostalgia, and magic, it also is where you find your most compassion and creative energies. That said now you may understand why things are like they are at this time. Saturn retrogrades for about nine months, while Neptune and Pluto are retrograde for about six to seven months out of the year. Saturn will go direct on 7/20/2014. Pluto goes direct on 9/22/2014 and Neptune is direct on 11/16/2014. As you can see when a planet is retrograde it is best to try to understand the affects it may have on you and your birth sign. Remember everything associated with the planet tends to go backwards in a retrograde.
Oh and Mercury will be direct on 7/1/2014 I suggest waiting until after the 9th to sign any important papers like when you buy a new car or home please wait just a little longer if you want to be happiest with your choices.

Well that was not what I had intended on writing about but I felt it was important to try to understand what is happening at this time. I am not an astrologer but I have studied the affects of how the retrogrades can influence our life. Just a thought what if our thoughts and words were broadcast to everyone at the moment we thought them?
How would you change your thoughts and words?
Would you be more conscious of what you are thinking or saying about someone or something?

Do you think that God is listening or do you think God just turns off his two way radio when we are thinking a negative thought I have thought about this long and hard and have come to the realization that it is best to keep the negative thoughts out of our minds completely, in order to promote a more positive world. If things can really be changed just by thinking in a more positive manner then why are we not staying positive constantly? Some people may not have the time it takes to stay positive they don't seem to care as long as everything is going great for them at the time. I hope you all had a wonderful 4th and have started the summer off in a positive direction. We had a wonderful B-B-Q with family the kids stayed in the pool most of the day. Since our weather has been so warm I too took a dip in the pool! It was quite refreshing and I must say it was a wonderful day!

In my opinion I am not too much for the fire works because I know what it does to the animals. Since their hearing is so much better than ours it stands to reason they would react to the booms in fear. Personally I would enjoy a forth of July celebration without any booms.

Staying Positive

There are many ways to keep yourself positive even at those times when you may feel there is no hope. There is always hope now matter what the situation.

We all have the choice in life to choose to look at things in a positive manner. We can change our thoughts if they are negative or not as positive as they could be.

Remember that we are the creators in our lives we have the power to look at things in a positive way or in a negative way it is up to each of us individually.

If you want to be happy, then Be Happy! Laugh, at something you have done or said that made you happy at that time. Smile, at everyone you meet. Enjoy the moment, say something nice to someone. Visualize a little white feather tickling them on the nose and a hand full of golden sparkles flowing over them. This is sending the person you are thinking of Pure Love. You do not have to be in the same room with them to do this just visualize their face in your mind.
If you are in the same room with the person, notice how they will touch their nose or act like something is tickling them.

I have found the above exercise to be one of the best ways of helping others be more positive by giving them Pure Love you are easily able to change most any persons energy from negative to positive. It may take a few minutes or a couple of times of doing this. Soon you will have the hang of it. Remember that practice makes perfect!

Dear Friends,
I thought that it would be quite nice to use this picture of the blue sky as a reminder to each of us what a beautiful world we live upon. We have so much to be thankful each day all we have to do is remind our selves to think about all the wonderful things that make up our world.

As I take my walk each morning, I find myself looking up towards the sky and at the trees that are all around me as I walk around the neighborhood with my little Dog George.

I am amazed at the beauty and grace I find surrounding me. It brings me joy to send out pure love to the trees for without them we would have a hard time existing. This brings me to being thankful for the water and for the beautiful earth we live upon. If ever you get feeling down, all you really have to do is look around you to find something to be grateful for.

Think of all that you are grateful for right now I bet you could have a list of things a mile long if you think about it!

In the last newsletter, I asked you to let me know what keeps you positive though out the week.

Robin replied by telling me that she stays positive by: putting five pennies in her left pocket each day. She says that when she can touch, move or inspire a person she takes a penny and puts it in her right pocket. She also says that her day is not complete until she can remove all five pennies from her right side pocket.

I believe that we all have the ability to end the feelings that keep us from being positive.
It is all in your mind! Just remember all you have to do right now is believe that from this moment forth you can actually invite more positive thoughts into your mind.

It may seem hard at first but that is the illusion most of us have been raised to believe in through out our lives.
Then why is it so hard to keep our thoughts positive at all times, if thinking in a negative thought form is an illusion.
Then too having positive thoughts must be an illusion I would think this would be an accurate assumption.

This is where we have a choice to believe in something that is positive and work to create more of this positive belief system.
So it is really possible to create more positive beliefs and experiences just by practicing being more of what you believe yourself and your life to be.

Have you ever noticed that when a person who is negative all the time their life seems to also be hindered with worry, fear and anger. That is enough to make you really desire to create a better belief system and a more positive outlook on your own life and the lives of others.

Next time you are challenged with a situation that has negative energy ask yourself what is it I can do to make this situation more positive. If you believe that you can bring a more positive light to the situation you will. If you have tried this to no avail it may be time to remove yourself from the negative situation.

Remember you do not have to give into the negativity of others or situations that arise. You always have the choice to walk away and send pure love into the situation from afar thus avoiding a situation that could deplete your positive energy.

I find it is easier than I would have thought to let go of my ego and of my judgment in favor of staying positive and letting others opinions be just that.
It has been difficult at times to remain focused on staying in this positive position yet as I keep practicing I can honestly say it is becoming much easier to enjoy my life and those around me.
When someone is talking with anger I send them pure love I focus my thoughts on love and visualize a bright beautiful light flowing to this person touching their soul. I have been known to just say I love you out loud to them releasing any hurtful or negative energy that may have come into my space while in their presence. This helps to break down the negative energy and open new areas of discussion along with helping heal what ever is bothering the person who is angry.

You are all gifts in my life as are my family and friends for without you I would not be the person I am today. I have learned and have grown through out the years in writing these newsletters and receiving the responses I have from you. I feel blessed with a mission to help bring more positive energy into this world and to those who need it most at this time.

Sometimes we all need to vent to just let our feelings out so we can move forward. But wouldn't it be nice to be able to vent in a way that puts positive energy out into the world rather than our own anger feelings that come from our ego side.

It is time to clean out the old ways of thinking by looking at the way we handle the anger that can sometimes take over our lives without our knowing what is happening. Think of your favorite "Happy" song and sing it all day long.

Focus on how many people you can get to smile today even better make them laugh.
Ideas include: talk in silly voices rather than your regular voice.
Pulling faces, not theirs yours it is rather funny to look up and see someone pulling a funny face at you. I had this happen last night in fact my daughter in law and grandson were looking in the kitchen window at me as I got dinner ready. I looked up to see them and laughed so, as I pulled a face right back. No scary faces please! Only funny one's allowed

I hope you are well and that you have been practicing being positive in your thoughts and in how you address others. I know that sometimes things can get crazy when we aren't working towards a goal of staying positive each moment of each day.

I stay positive by looking at the bright side of life I am pretty sure that is called optimistic! When we look for the good in everything it seems to get a whole lot easier to get through the day. There are things that can make your mood change through out the day and people who are not as nice as we wish they would be.

There are also the people you meet that need that extra jolt of Tickles and Sparkles in my opinion. I send out love to everyone in this world each and every day. I start my day off by visualizing love flowing from me to every person and living thing upon this earth. I then visualize love coming to me from everyone and every living thing. As I feel love flowing to and from me I am grateful in so many ways and I end my vision with thanks for all I am and all I receive in this life.

It has taken me years to be able to get to the point of being able to see this love flowing so smoothly and freely to everyone with out any judgment. I sincerely apologize for the delay in getting the newsletter out to you. It was not the best couple of weeks for me, as I have been down with an upper respiratory illness that I caught from my husband. Lucky me!
Yes, I am being quite sarcastic in fact it was just the opposite of fun. I have since seen the doctor and am feeling better, better and better.

I do hope you are still pursuing the positive and rejecting the negative energy that seems to be flying around lately.

In fact there is a reason for this negativity and it usually starts two to three weeks before the Mercury Retrograde begins. Yes once again it is time for three more weeks of Mercury Retrograde! Officially beginning on October 4th 2014 and will end on October 25th 2014.

So far I have heard of many things taking place that seem to indicate that this Mercury Retrograde will be one for the record books. Don't let this scare you because there are many ways you can avoid getting caught up in the disasters that may come up. One way to avoid all the hassles is to curl up in a ball for the next three weeks, but I do not think this will bring you any better luck. Or you may want to try some of the suggestions below.

When Mercury is Retrograde it wrecks havoc on all kinds of communication and electrical appliances. A word to the wise BACK UP YOUR COMPUTERS today! I have had many instances of hard drives being fried during a retrograde and know of many people who have had to endure the same.

Do not sign important papers or enter into any contracts at this time you may regret the outcome later down the road. If you are looking for a new job or a new car relax for at least the month of October. You really do not want to be stuck with the boss from hell or a beautiful new car that turns out to be a lemon. If planning on buying any high dollar item you may be disappointed in the purchase you make and be stuck with something that keeps breaking down.

If you do have something go down during the retrograde try not to buy another until after the first of November you will have much better luck by then. I know there are times when this can't be avoided and you have to have transportation or a phone etc. Maybe take a cab or buy a cheep phone until all this is over. Okay I know you get the point Just put RE in front of everything and do not start anything new in this time.

The good news is you can finish those projects you started a few months ago. Or you may be inclined to clean out the closets or your office of the clutter it has accumulated over the summer. How about getting your home for winter making sure to replace the furnace filter would be a great idea.

One last note before I move on, People can be quite testy during this time and the best thing you can do is keep out of the line of fire. Try not to argue especially with your mate it could end up ugly and that would benefit no one. In the long run do not break up with someone or form a new relationship during a retrograde it may end up being just the opposite of what you thought it would.

Dearest Friends, I hope you are preparing to have a very spooky Halloween or at the very least going to have some fun giving out candy to the little scary beings that ring your door bell.

If you are going out to a party on Halloween be sure have a designated driver if you will be drinking. Also watch out for the little Ghost and Goblins that may be walking around after dark.

Wishing you a wonderful Halloween may you have fun and enjoy the Spirits that have come to join in the fun.

Candle Writing

Candle writing is a wonderful way to receive messages from the Spirits and there is no better time to do this than on All Hallows Eve.

You can do this during the day or after dark at anytime. It just seems even better on Halloween especially in a dimly lit room.

What you will need:
Several pieces of paper I like small ones 3 1/12 inches x 3 ½ inches like the note papers you get at the office supply store.
It does not matter if they are colored or not.

A candle any color will do

A large cookie sheet

A pen and paper to record your thoughts about the pictures you get.

Put the candle on the cookie sheet near the center

Light your candle and move the paper through the flame, not to close you do not want to burn it.

You can also think about your question if you have one and run the paper back and forth through the flame allowing the smoke to form a picture on the paper.

When you have done this several times turn the paper over and look at the picture you get on the side that was facing the flame.

Make a not of the thoughts and feelings you have about the picture you see.

Once you have done this you can do as many as you would like and remember to thank the Spirits for their help in answering your questions.

Remember to have fun with this and use caution as you run the paper through the flame.

Being as we have entered the holiday season you may be thinking about how much you will be eating this year. You may also be thinking of going on a diet the day after you eat too much on Thanksgiving Day.

Being Positive is a lot like being on a diet. We work at thinking positive thoughts and focusing on all that is positive in our lives. But sooner or later we all give into that negative thought or feeling. Like being on a diet when we over eat we get upset that we did not stick to our diet. This is much the same with a staying positive diet we too, have to stop allowing the negative thoughts and feelings in.

Only there is one big difference in the Staying Positive Diet
It can help you to let go of the negative and change your life in a much more positive way.

The longer you can remain in a positive state of mind the more healing you are giving yourself. Our bodies respond to the way we think and feel about ourselves and others. The emotions can play a big part in how healthy our body is. Do you want to feel better and look better it may be easier than you think.

It all starts with loving the person you are. No matter what you look like, no matter how tall or short you are you are a beautiful person! The more you tell yourself this the better you will feel. Sometimes it is hard to let go of those old thought patterns. Like a when on a diet we have to let go of those foods we know are not helping us to let go of the excess weight.
If you are ready to make changes in your life as a whole you must begin with changing those old thoughts and feelings. Some of which you may have carried around for longer than you might think.

It is easy to stray from a diet no matter which kind you are on. What matters is that you begin again and again, if you have fallen off the course that you have set for yourself.

The Staying Positive diet is a hard one to conquer. There are plenty of temptations for you to give in to the negative energy around you. The energy you give out to the negative always comes full circle and you never know when it may come back to you in ways that may not be pleasant. It is like eating too much and expecting to loose weight we all know that does not work out to well.

Staying Positive is a state of mind it takes time to learn to control the urges that may come through just being around negative energy or people. This is a diet that is totally up to you to decide if it is right for you. Only you know if you are ready to bring in more of the positive into your life.

What can you do to begin your transformation into a new more positive human being?

Start by saying no to thoughts that are even the slight bit negative.

Love your self by only feeding your soul positive thoughts.

Let other people know that you are on a new Staying Positive Diet. Ask them to be positive when around you. If you are afraid to ask them this, send them Tickles and Sparkles (pure LOVE) Negative energy cannot stay around pure love it will soon depart.
Keep a Journal
Write down all the positive things you did each day, did you smile at a stranger or let a family member or friend know how much you love them. Did you have positive thoughts of others?

I believe that you can change your life and help others change their lives by becoming more positive and living the life you are meant to live. It may take some work but just as you have gotten used to the negativity, you will get used to being positive and thinking in a more positive way.

Write in your Journal all the positive things that happen while on your Staying Positive Diet. You just may be amazed with your results!

Glue sticks
Markers
