Greetings from Julie,
May the Holidays find you and your loved ones filled with joy and happiness.
This is a Season of showing those you love how much you care for them by giving gifts letting them know they are loved. There are many people who are not able to buy expensive gifts for those they love, but this does not mean that they love them any less?
Of course not. For love is not measured in a physical sense it is measured by feelings and showing a person that you truly care for them. I hope that this will be a Season filled with love for you and that you will show other people that you love them not only by giving a gift but by doing something special for them. Maybe you could write them a letter letting them know how special that they are to you and that you love them.

Make Each Moment Count !
We seem to think that everything will be better tomorrow, life will be easier, we will have more time to spend with family and friends.
Still we forget how this moment is slipping away so quickly so fast that we don't even see it until it is gone. Each day that passes we will never get back. Many of us have lost family and friends this year and are wishing that we had taken the time to visit with them more often.
Today it is time to take that time and to show our loved ones and friends how much we love them do not save it for another time for that time may never come.
To the Fathers and Mothers of children I ask you to take time to play with your children and praise them for all the good things that they do. Some parents today are so focused on making a living they forget to have fun and enjoy their Childs company. I know that it seems difficult to take time out of work to do things with your children and you may say I will do it tomorrow.
Right now is the moment to let your child know how special that he or she is. Take time to hug them and tell them how much you love them. All the gifts in the world will never mean as much as your love.
One complaint I hear from mothers is that their husbands never have time to play with the children that they are too busy working and when they come home they are to tired to spend time with the kids. Soon these children will be grown and they will be busy with their own lives. Teach your children that love is the most important thing in life. So they will have time to spend with their children when they have a family.
I know that Christmas is a very busy time for everyone and there is much to do to get ready for the big day. With our every day duties plus having to go shopping, wrapping gifts, baking, going to parties and celebrating. There is still time to say I love you to someone special and take time to enjoy each others company.

"I am Grateful and Thankful Now That" Game!
I love to play this game in the mornings when I am writing in my journal. I write things like this:

I am grateful and thankful now that:
I feel so healthy!
I have such positive energy!
All organs in my body are functioning perfectly!
My wishes are manifesting!
I have wonderful new experiences!
I have such wonderful like minded friends!
I have let go of negative thought patterns and acquired more positive thoughts!
My body has released and let go of all unwanted weight!
Abundance flows to me from out of the blue!
I could go on and on with this game it is so fun and helps you to think about only positive things.
Each day you can add to your list and soon you will notice that you are manifesting these things easily and in wonderful ways.
