I hope you are all well. It is now October and fall is upon us, I am still trying to figure out where summer went. The reason you did not get a September newsletter is because our hard drive went belly up! I am very fortunate that I have a great web master, Robert and my oldest son Ron is a computer wizard, we were able to put in a new hard drive and copy the stuff from the old one. We thought we had lost our e-mail addresses but Ron helped Robert find them and we are back in business, Yea!

October is one of my most favorite months of the year. The colors of the trees are so beautiful this time of year and I think Halloween is wonderful. Yes! It is my favorite Holiday. I bet you would have guessed that anyway.
What do you like about this time of season?

Try visualizing your perfect fall day
Think of yourself as walking through a forest next to a winding mountain stream.
Look at the trees. What kind are they? Are they turning a deep red orange or are they more yellow? What would you do in this setting? Would you have a picnic? Would there be someone with you?
I for instance, would spread a large white table cloth out on the ground and take out of my picnic basket a large thermos of hot water and then I would pour it into a beautiful little tea pot with roses on it and set out the cups and some luscious cookies on a beautiful plate I pull from the picnic basket. Then I would call to all of my grandchildren who are playing in the meadow to come and join me for Tea. This would be a happy time of telling stories and laughing. I can see it in my mind and every time I think of this scene that I am visualizing, I feel so good in my heart. Take time out to visualize and think of something that would make you very happy then get into detail see it as if it were right now.

I have been doing some research on the effects of how what we think, do, and say, can affect our water. http://www.thank-water.net/english/index-urgent2.htm this is one of my favorite web sites. I urge you to check it out. Ok! So here is what I am up to. I have been using sticky notes writing wonderful things on them and then taping them to my big water bottle at home. I have also written with sharpie pen on my small water bottles to see if the words affect the water and I feel that they do. So Now I am asking you to try this out and let me know by November 1st 2005 if you think the words have had a positive effect on you. I will be giving a 30 minute reading (valued at $50.00) to the person with the best story on how this has worked for them. Here are some of the words I have used, you can write whatever you like: Love, Peace, Happiness, Harmony, Joy, Abundance, Prosperity, and Balanced Energy, Self-confidence.

Smoke Writing
One of my favorite games this time of year is to light a candle and run pieces of paper through the smoke. It will give you a message or answer your questions. Black designs are formed from the smoke and it is so much fun if you do it with friends.
You will be amazed at what you get!
(Be sure to be safe and do not let children play this game. It is an adult game.)
