Newsletter November 2004 Greetings, I have
been reading a wonderful book. I have mentioned it before in my newsletters
and I really feel it deserves to be mentioned again. The name of this
book is: What I have learned in this book is wonderful. It has taught me to live each day with love in my heart and to know I will succeed if I give out love and make it my greatest tool. It has taught me to love my self. Now I greet each day with love in my heart and all people I meet I say I love you in my mind to them. It has taught me that if I persist I will succeed and I will win. That I was not brought into this world to fail but to succeed. It teaches me that I am natures greatest miracle and that there is no one like me or you, and we all know that nature always emerges victoriously and so can we by accepting that we really are a miracle. I have learned to live each day as if it were my last and to enjoy the life I have to say I love you to others and to care enough about my self to really live my life. The scroll I am on this next five weeks is really teaching me that I am the master of my emotions and I have the ability through my actions to change my emotions. How can we change
our emotions by changing our actions? It does take a lot of will power
on your part to take action against negative emotions at times but if
I can do it you can too. Example: you are angry at someone and very frustrated.
You seem to be focusing all your energy on this anger which grows and
stops you from moving forward. What do you do? How do you take action
to change the energy within you? First start saying a little mantra or
prayer or maybe sing a cheerful song to yourself. Put on happy music and
sing, dance or both. In other words do something that makes you happy
and forget what is troubling you or what is making you angry. When you
take action you take control of your emotions. November 30th our
old friend Mercury goes retrograde again until December 20th 2004. What
