Staying Focused in Your Every Thought!
Many people have asked me how do you stay so happy. Then they ask me how they to can be happy and think about only happy things. The first thing you have to do is find the perfect affirmation for you. This can be something easy for you to remember to say each day. I make a habit of choosing an affirmation to use everyday and I say it many times throughout the day. Whenever I think a thought that I know is not of my higher self, I quickly start saying the affirmation and it is truly amazing how quickly I forget the thought that made me start saying the affirmation. I choose not to get into other people's worries and fears, for I know that they are not part of my higher self. In fact they are just the opposite. It is up to you to choose what you will and won't allow in your life and in your mind. I have taken a few of Florence Scovel Shinn's Affirmations and made some changes so I connect fully with them. I say them each morning when I awake one of my favorites is: I Now Express the Divine Idea in My Mind, Body and life. I am the one who creates my heaven on this earth. All that is of this Divine Idea for my life comes to me under grace and in perfect ways. I also say Tickles and Sparkles each day many times I kind of make a song of it and sing: Tickles and Sparkles to me blessed be. It may sound corny but it works. Recognizing the worry or fear is the biggest part of really changing your thoughts. Don't judge others. Send them blessings be in your higher self at all times.
