Affirmation of the Week I like to take one affirmation a week and learn it by heart. I sometimes do two or three per week, saying them through out the day. This helps me to be consciously aware of the positive and I also continue to release all thoughts that are not of my higher being. You have the choice to be aware of who you really are on a higher spiritual and physical level by opening your mind to goodness and love.
Hello my Friends, I have a wonderful challenge for you that just might change your life and the life of someone else. My challenge to you is to lay down your anger and worries and bless everyone that you have gotten angry at and to bless any one in the next two weeks that may get on your nerves or make you angry. If you can do this I know and believe that you will see much better days ahead. When you act in kindness, you are blessed with kindness from others. By giving blessings of divine light and love you will receive that in return and more. I know this for a fact I do it all the time. If someone is rude to you why not say “Bless you with the understanding of love and goodness,” boy I am sure that will through them off. Hear is an example of what happened to me and how I handled it: I was standing at a lunch counter and a little old lady just kept getting closer and closer to me bumping and nudging me I felt the anger rise in me and I could feel her breath on my shoulder I thought to my self next time she nudges me I will tell her to get out of my space! That is when I realized that was not my higher self at work and I got bad into my higher self immediately and then she bumped me again, I looked at her and said ok! You are a little to close now. And then I said to her bless you! She looked at me and smiled. She didn’t bump into me again. By blessing others we are giving blessings to ourselves by showing love it is returned ten fold. Please let me know how you have given blessings of love out during the next two weeks and how it is working for you.
