Tickles and Sparkles
Greetings everyone. I hope you are enjoying your summer and creating your hearts true desires. I saw this saying on my computer one day a few weeks ago and I wrote it on my white board at home in the office where I could see it every day.
It says:
What would you attempt if you knew you could not fail?
Well I thought about this for a time and then I got the bigger picture and realized that we never fail at anything, we just grow and learn from the situations that we create in our lives. I realized that we do not fail for there really is no failure only growth from this process. We are able to learn and that is why we are here. If you have a dream, follow it! If you are on your higher pathway you will succeed no matter what, for with each time we attempt something it helps us to gain something in our lives. If you don't think this is true then think about the times you think you have failed at something in your life then think about what you have learned from the experience that you could not have learned any other way.

Mercury Retrograde August 28, 2003 to September 20, 2003
Yes! It is happening once again and there are things we can do to get through it. The planet closest to the sun goes retrograde several times a year and rules communication intellect and awareness. This is a time to re-think, re-do and repair the things that are breaking down. Use this three week period to take care of unfinished business and to finish something you have started. Take time to back up your computer and check the tires on your car. When Mercury goes retrograde it effects communication and you will notice there are arguments over minute things that would not usually bother us. And do not sign important documents during this time for it could backfire on you. I like to think we should just pause and take a time out from starting anything new. Mercury goes retrograde in Virgo for two days then moves into Libra and onto the next signs so as it goes through your sign you may be more affected by it.
The 28th of August, Pluto goes Direct and Pluto rules Pluto is the most distant planet in our solar system. Even though it is far away its effect is very profound. Pluto represents power rebirth and transformation. It is great if we use it in a positive way but if we choose to use it in a negative way it could get ugly. It is up to use to be positive and use Pluto's power for positive outcomes in our lives.
I wish you all good times during this retrograde and I ask that you start now creating positive outcomes during this retrograde. Write positive statements about positive happenings in your life as though it has already happened.

Do you feel that you have been stuck lately!
Are you ready for changes to come to you? Well maybe it is time to take control of your life. How is this accomplished you ask? First you have to see your desired outcome in your mind. If you cannot see it, how can you create it!
Start by visualizing the intended outcome of your situation whatever it may be. An easy way to relax and accomplish this is by putting your thumb together with your pointer finger and middle finger. Do this with both hands. It is very easy. Then take three deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth. Very simply this will help you to relax. Then start counting in your mind to ten. This will bring you to a more relaxed state of mind and you will begin to visualize that which you desire.
Let go of all fear about the situation and only see the outcome. We tend to look at how we are going to get to the outcome instead of just seeing it as already happened.
Have faith! We all have to be re-reminded about keeping the faith and I know this as well as anyone, and I do this on a daily basis. I write positive thoughts for myself every morning. I believe that each day is better and better and that I already have my desires fulfilled.

The New Moon is on the 27th of August 2003. Make a wish list. Even better make a wish box and put your wishes in your wish box. You may be surprised at how quickly your wishes manifest.

Just a reminder: Stay positive, think about how you talk to other people. Are you treating others how you would desire to be treated?We are all made of the same universal energy and we are all God. We have all been given the ability to love and hate. That is free- will and also a part of God so next time someone annoys you, go out of your way to be nice for it will come back to you ten fold. We should take extra care not to open ourselves up to energy that is not of our higher pathways in this lifetime. Remain in the state of love. For you can create much more good for yourself and others by loving you as you do God.

Egg Cleansing Bath
I have told many of you about this one and I know it works! I have also put it in the newsletter before but it is important to be re-reminded of the magic. Run a nice bathtub of warm water and if you have some sea salt put about three table spoons in the water as the tub is filling. Next take a raw egg and do not break it. Get into the tub and start rolling the egg all over your body from the top of your head to the tips of your toes and the bottoms of your feet. Feel the egg absorbing all of the negative energy. I feel it absorbing the signs of ageing and that my whole body is becoming more and more beautiful inside and out. When you are done open the toilet and roll the egg into it being careful not to break it. Then flush! You will feel a difference in your body, mind and soul after this one. ( If you do not have a tub you can use the shower.)
