I thought I better get myself in gear and let you know that we are about to embark on another three week Mercury Retrograde period. Don't let this scare you, just create positive thoughts and actions as we go through this one on July 22, 2005 to August 15, 2005. For those who do not know what Mercury Retrograde is all about, I hope I can give you some insight that will make this three weeks pass without any mishaps, breakdowns or missed-communications. When Mercury the planet of communication goes retrograde it means that there are, disagreements, missed phone calls or maybe your answering machine goes on the blink. Through the years I have noted that things tend to break down like the Car, Washing Machine, Vacuum Cleaner, Dishwasher, and the Computer flips out! Please take time right now to back up your Computer, this is a must! While Mercury is in retrograde you should take care of any unfinished business, cleaning or unfinished projects. Don't start new ones, they may not work out as planned. Most of all surround yourself with love and light, keep positive, even when you feel whatever you do will not change the situation. I am sure we have all been there. Don't sign on the dotted line, this means any contracts or agreements, please put it off till the 15th of August and things will work out fine. Now for the Good News!
A few weeks ago I was writing in my creations journal, doing a bit of creating when I got a wonderful surprise from Spirit. As I was writing I began to channel some wonderful information I feel must be passed on to all of my friends. I was told that we should pay attention to the signs we are now receiving and that we are to send out pure love and light to every person on this earth. To let go of all ego related energy and to let go of all preconceived outcomes to situations in our lives. Wow! How many times have you thought how a situation may turn out, and how many times has it turned out just as you saw it only worse than expected. I have heard many people say I just know that this, this and that is going to happen. Well it is time to let go of what we may think and only work on the assumption that everything will turn out just as it is suppose to and let it go. Spirit told me to remember my Essence the light within me and to live in love and be happy in all of my creations. Believe in yourself and the Essence of your being. This will attract to you good health and your hearts desires will be fulfilled. Let go of the energy of negative thoughts and of negative situations we have come to help all people of this Earth and we are asking for assistance in bringing in changes that will be a benefit to all mankind.
This I assure you gave me some food for thought. I was amazed but then again I felt a peaceful energy flow through me as I knew this was a revelation I was most definitely meant to have. I knew that I was to see the World with clarity and to know that I am protected from all negativity if I choose to stay in my true essence and to send out love to all people without judgment of anyone. I cannot say that this is something I did not know, but I had to be reminded. We all have to be reminded that we are all connected and we are all part of this Universe and that the Universe is part of each of us.
I ask you to please think with your heart before you pass judgment on anyone or any situation in your life, instead of making things worse by sending your judgment thoughts out into the universe, send the person or situation pure love and blessings for this is your pathway to your bliss.

Visualize your life always getting better, better, and better!

Sit in a comfortable chair close your eyes then
relax your Body, Mind and Spirit by taking three deep "belly" breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth. As you relax start counting from ten to one feeling your self relaxing more and more until you get to one where you should be in a completely relaxed state of being. Focus on one area of your life that you would like to improve and the see that improvement manifesting in your life now. Does it feel good? Do you feel it will bring benefits to you and those around you? Visualize that you have exactly what it is you desire in your life right now. What does this feel like? Are you happy can you feel the happiness flowing through you because you really have created something wonderful?
When you are done with your Visualization count from one to five and open your eyes saying:
Wide awake feeling better, better and better even better than before.
