Greetings to you friends, I send you blessings of great joy and happiness today and every day. I am thankful that you take the time to read my newsletters. I hope that in some way I will be able to enlighten your day and bring a smile to your face through the love I send out to you in this newsletter. Sunday August 29th is the Full Moon You can burn candles to bring in your desires or wishes. Candles are energy and as they burn the energy you put into them is taken into the universe for your manifestation. Say you would like to bring in a wish of balance and harmony into your home. You should burn an orange candle to bring in joy and a pink candle for harmony and love. As the candles burn visualize your wish as if it has been granted and manifested to you and you are now giving thanks for the wonderful outcome of: “This can be whatever you desire but you have to see it as already happened and you are so happy that you are thanking God, The Universe, or Infinite Spirit that this wish has come true.” Other candle colors you can use are: Black for banishing negativity or releasing any negative energy that you have around you. White works well in any magical work. It is the symbol of purity and goodness. It is also associated with protection and pure love. Purple is for connecting with higher self and your intuition. Light Blue is for healing, rest and relaxing. Green means prosperity, to bring in the money burn that green candle. Green is also a very healing color and represents our heart Chakra. Yellow is for communication and for creation. It is said that if a couple desires to have a baby they should burn a yellow candle.
What Do You Do To Stay So Positive? I think I have been asked this question a thousand or more times. The first thing I try to remember is to breathe for when you concentrate on your breathing you are allowing that which is negative in your thoughts to leave through the breath that you release, so try taking three deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth. This seems to clear the way for more positive thoughts to enter your mind. The second thing you must do is to say something positive to yourself. I like to say an affirmation like: Tickles and Sparkles so blessed be, Tickles and Sparkles all over me. Tickles and Sparkles I am in Thee and Thee is me. I do have other affirmations I say like: Divine love through me now dissolves all seeming obstacles making love clear, easy and successful under grace and in perfect ways. This one is one I found in “The Writings of Florence Scovel Shinn” and I changed it a little. It is all really about changing your thoughts from negative to positive and releasing the negative thoughts and feelings through blocking them from coming in. I call it good thoughts repeated! So next time you are feeling down think of all that is good about you and your life. Think of only the positive aspects of your life not what has been but what you are creating through being positive. It is about taking those baby steps and turning them into giant steps towards a more healthy positive life, by realizing it is only up to you to be happy and to be positive. It is not up to anyone else to make that decision for you. I bless you with light, love and positive thoughts always.
