With Tickles And Sparkles To All Who Read It
Greetings to all my wonderful friends. I am sending you all the purest
of love and great blessings this week for I know that you are a very
special person and you have accepted this opportunity by reading this
newsletter to grow spiritually. I ask that all your best wishes come
true under grace and in perfect ways.
I, Julie have come to the conclusion that one simple word can bring
about miracles in our lives. It is not only a word but also a thought
and a feeling. It can carry us when we are down and can lift us up by
knowing this word. What is it?
LOVE!
Love can open our heart and can open doors for us. Love can warm your
heart and the hearts of others on the coldest days. It can cool our
tempers and can make life wonderful. To me love is to be shared with
our enemies and our friends. Give it to people you know and you don't
know for when you use love in your words and your thoughts and feelings
you have the greatest gift you can give to you and that is that love
finding its way right back to you ten fold.
Express Love in all you do, think and say. It is the most important
thing you can do for yourself and others.
I love you!
You are all a part of the circle of life and when you know this pure
love your heart will be opened and no person can ever take this from
you for it lives inside the hearts of all mankind and can be awakened
just by practicing it in your every thought, feeling and in your words
to others.
In my last Newsletter I made this challenge to you:
I have a wonderful challenge for you that just might change your life
and the life of someone else.
My challenge to you is to lay down your anger and worries and bless
everyone that you have gotten angry at and to bless any one in the next
two weeks that may get on your nerves or make you angry. If you can
do this, I know and believe that you will see much better days ahead.
When you act in kindness, you are blessed with kindness from others.......

Hi Julie
I have a story that I would like to share -
I help my husband take care of his mom, now in her elder years her health
and physical condition is very frail. While taking care of her she is
full of complaints about being in pain and is always talking about being
so sick.........
I could feel my mood change & my nerves rattle when my turn came
to tend to her needs, knowing I would have to listen to all of this
negative talk and her complaints. This became very stressful for me
and I would dread having to help.
This is also a very good lesson on how your thinking and talking becomes
your world -good or bad.
Knowing things had to change I made up my mind that I would be a light
in her day, I share a happy thought or a quick story sometimes not giving
her a chance to even talk, but I know I give her something pleasant
to think about each day. This makes me feel better as well.
